Youth Golf: Keegan Golf to Hold Summer Camps

The annual Keegan Golf Youth Summer golf programs will begin next week, held at Morris Country Club - all camps and clinics are run by PGA Professional John Keegan.

The JUNE WEEK CAMP will open the schedule, hosting 7-14 year olds starting at 8:30am on Tuesday, June 12 running through the 15th. Immediately after, at 11:00am the LITTLE SIWNGERS CAMP for 5-6 year olds will start - this section will run from Tuesday through Thursday.

As a continuation of the earlier camps, the MONDAY MASTERS will start on Monday, June 18th, and meet each Monday thereafter through July 9.

John Keegan is a Class A PGA Professional based in Morris, Illinois where he is the Director of Golf at Morris Country Club.  Following tournament play as a junior golfer, collegiate player and amateur, John joined the PGA of America in 1988 at age 21 and became a full Class A member of the PGA in 1992. John has been nominated for the Illinois PGA Teacher of the Year Award on 6 occasions and received the prestigious award in 2003.  He has also been nominated for the Illinois PGA Junior Golf Leader of the Year Award on 6 different occasions and also received that PGA Award in 2003.
